Reply Next, a Spanish artificial intelligence platform built to handle digital presence management across multiple business locations, has closed a €400,000 pre-seed funding round. 4Founders Capital led the investment, joined by angel backers Juanjo Mostazo and David Alcobero.

Telecommunications engineer Miguel Peñate founded the company to address a specific challenge: brands operating hundreds or thousands of physical locations struggle to coordinate and act on the digital signals coming from each store. Customer reviews, ratings, messages, search visibility and recommendations scattered across Google Maps, Booking, the App Store, Google Play and AI-powered search engines represent untapped business intelligence.

Peñate observed stark gaps in how companies handle this data. "Nine out of ten companies don't know how much revenue their stores generate through Google Maps, 70% of brands don't respond to users on public channels, and fewer than 10% of businesses appear in AI-powered search engine results. Reply Next was created to close this gap and give each location the intelligence it needs to compete," he said.

The platform pulls location-specific information and customer interactions into a unified interface. Embedded AI agents can reply to customers autonomously, flag problems and opportunities, track competitor activity and execute tasks in line with brand policies.

Rather than stopping at reactive customer service, Reply Next aims to become a proactive system that spots growth opportunities, prevents issues before they escalate and takes steps to boost each location's discoverability, customer acquisition and revenue.

The capital will go toward expanding the engineering and commercial teams, speeding up product development and building additional AI agents capable of automating workflows and decision-making for multisite brands.
