The Polish automotive e-commerce platform Autofixer has closed a €3 million venture debt round led by Orbit Capital. The funding will accelerate the company's geographic expansion throughout Europe, strengthen its engineering team, and enable the rollout of artificial intelligence capabilities aimed at streamlining the car parts purchase experience.
Solving the parts compatibility puzzle
Finding the correct part for a vehicle remains a persistent headache for consumers, despite the proliferation of online retailers stocking automotive components. The same vehicle model can require different parts depending on configuration, and manufacturers and distributors frequently employ conflicting product codes and terminology. This lack of standardisation forces drivers to possess technical expertise or risk ordering incompatible items.
Autofixer tackles this fragmentation by operating a platform that merges vehicle specifications with parts databases, supplier information and a historical record of successful part-to-vehicle pairings. The system normalises product identifiers and specifications to guide customers toward compatible options, leveraging automation and machine learning to process data and generate standardised product descriptions.
For a driver, buying the wrong part means more than returning a product. It means starting the search again and delaying the repair. We want to help drivers make an informed choice before placing an order. We bring together information about their car and the available parts so they can choose the right product without having to search through and compare multiple catalogues themselves

A marketplace for distributors
Beyond direct-to-consumer sales, Autofixer's infrastructure serves parts distributors seeking to penetrate new European markets. The company operates on an asset-light model where distributors retain control of inventory and product availability, while Autofixer manages catalogue integration, customer acquisition, promotional activity and support operations in each territory. This structure permits distributors to scale internationally without building standalone e-commerce infrastructure in every nation.
Next steps and roadmap
Autofixer intends to deploy the capital toward deeper European penetration, expand its catalogue breadth and recruit additional staff. Czechia represents the company's immediate priority, with commercial operations launching within the coming month. The company is also developing proprietary e-commerce platforms to facilitate entry into additional territories.
On the product side, Autofixer is building AI-driven features to assist customers in identifying appropriate components and completing transactions. The startup is also engineering a mobile application designed to support vehicle owners in routine maintenance and upkeep, strengthening engagement between purchase cycles.
